Positions by Ariana Grande CD Music Review

Hey mu lovely Chameleons. In todays blog I am going to do another Music Review after my last Music Review since September 20, 2020. I decided to do a review on Ariana Grande's 6th CD, Positions.

On October 23, 2020 Ariana came out with her first single, Positions,  off her new CD. Just a week later her new CD, Positions came out on October 30, 2020. Since the CD came out, on the same day her newest single is, 34+35. Here is the CD art and the trackless:

Tracklist:
1. Shut Up
2. 34 + 35
3. Motive (With Doja Cat)
4. Just Like Magic
5. Off The Table (With The Weeknd)
6. Six Thirty
7. Safety Net (With TY Dollar $ign)
8. My Hair
9. Nasty
10. West Side
11. Love Language
12. Positions
13. Obvious
14. P.O.V

Sometime at the beginning of October I was on Twitter and I saw a Tweet for an Ari fan that red "New single 10/23 AR6 10/30" I was curios on what her new single was and her new CD. On October 23rd I asked or Alexa to play her new single "Positions". I kinda liked it, but not that much after listening to the whole thing. I decided not to waste my iTunes money. Not an Ari fan. A few days later I was on the iTunes Store and saw that her new CD was on pre-order and was coming out on Devil's night. I thought I should write a review and my blog list got longer lol. I listen to all the songs, and let's forget me not being a fan of Ari for a minute here, I did not like this CD and after listening to this CD 2 times some songs sound the same. I am not saying that I like some songs. Cause I do. I loved the songs Off The Table, Safety Net, My Hair, and P.O.V. I did see a review for this CD and I believe it. The review says that this CD is about "Sex and more Sex. Love too" and after listening to the CD I can hear that in her songs that having sex during quarantine and then bragging about it in song writing. Just saying my opinion and thoughts on this CD.

I will one day watch the movie start to finish. It won't be like Tall Girl when I watched it 5 times to just watch the movie from beginning to end. But I don't like this movie.

Selena + Chef TV Series Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am going to do anotherTV Series Review. In fact, this is my very first Crave TV Series Review (I watched this show on Crave, but originally HBOmax). Before I do start, I want to say sorry I disappeared for 13 days and my last blog was the Cloud Movie Review. Is cause after that week of blogging back-to-back with one day off I needed a break and there wasn't anything new to blog about. Now I have a list of 5 new blogs. Here is the first one. Also, they might not be a blog everyday like during October 8th-October 15th.

On August 13, 2020 HBOmax (and Crave) came out with a new show called Selena + Chef. If you Chameleons have not heard about this show. It's about; While in quarantine during the Covid 19 pandemic, singer & actress Selena Gomez brushes up on her cooking skills with the help of master chefs. Like I did for my TV Series Review on Becoming... (Disney+) I am going to write each episode instead of the cast.

Episodes
1. Ludo Lefebvre
2. Antonia Lofaso
3. Candice Kumai
4. Roy Choi
5 Jon & Vinny
6. Nancy Silverton
7. Angelo Sosa
8. Tanya Holland
9. Daniel Holzman
10. Nyesha Arrington

On October 26, 2020 I went to a friend's house to sleepover for a week and she told me that she has Crave. For the first time I went on Crave and I saw that Selena Gomez's cooking show, Selena + Chef was on Crave. I pushed play and I watched 7 episodes in one day. The show made me hungry. When I looked up about the show, it said that their is a season 2 on the way. I honestly thought this was just a little fun show for IGTV and not a big production show. Turns out it's a made for TV with a new season series. I am a huge fan of Selena Gomez and I wanted to check this show out. Like I said I binged watched the series all afternoon. As you see I did not like this show lol. Just kidding I loved this show and seeing Selena Gomez as her real self in her real home. We even got to see her friends/roommates (Liz & Requelle), her nana & papa, and her dogs.

Clouds Movie Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am going to be doing another movie review. I am so excited for this review and I couldn't wait for this movie. Clouds is based on a True Story, and that made me very excited and could not wait for this movie, cause for you Chameleons who do not know; True Stories are my favourite type of movies ever. But don't let this fool you, cause I did do a Top 5 Thursday once saying 5 Sure Stories that I don't like. So read till the end of the blog to know what I honestly think about Clouds.

On October 16, 2020 Disney+ came out with a new movie, called Clouds. Even though it was a Disney+ Original it was actually distributed by Warner Brothers. Anyway, like I said, this movie is based on a True Story of seventeen year old Zach Sobiech dealing that his cancer spread, even after 20-something rounds of chemo just a few weeks into his senior year of high school and asking his long-term crush, Amy out. With the news about his cancer the doctor's also told him and his family that he has up to 6 to 10months to live. With the limited time he has left, he and his best friend and writing partner, Sammy, decide to follow their dreams and finally make an album. Little do they know, they'll soon become a viral music phenomenon. But with time running out, Zac is confronted with the reality that no matter how he spends his time he is going to hurt the people he loves the most, including Amy, the love of his life. As Zach's health conditions began to worsen, he is left to make a difficult decision about how to spend his time and more importantly with whom. Ultimately, he discovers the best way to say goodbye is with music, and his hit song, CLOUDS is born.

The Cast:
Fin Argus as Zach Sobiech
Sabrina Carpenter as Sammy
Madison Iseman as Amy
Neve Campbell as Laura Sobiech
Tom Everett Scott as Rob Sobiech
Dylan Everett as Sam
Viven Endicott Douglas as Ali
Summer H. Howell as Grace
Lil Real Howery as Mr. Weaver

I first heard about this movie sometime at the end of last year and saw that it was based on a True Story. That is all I knew about this upcoming movie, that, and Sabrina Carpenter was going to play in the movie. This year when I was on my lock down at my family-friends house from April to June and forgot about this movie. So Decided to look up this movie to see when it came out and also see if I can get a little more information on this movie. After that I saw it was coming out October 16, 2020 I couldn't wait. A week beforee the movie came out I saw that Sabrina Carpenter was promoting the movie and that made me anxiton for the movie. I even wanted to see if Fin & Sabrina's character the cover of Clouds and was available to buy on iTunes. It was. I bought the song, even though I didn't really like the song at first, but it grew on me. On October 16, 2020 I decide to watch the movie after dinner. The beginning of the movie made me laugh, so hard I was crying. If anyone who read the book write by Zach's mom, Laura Sobiech knows how this ends, or looked up more info on this movie (Like mw), but for whoever have not seen the movie or doesn't know the story I will not say the ending. All I will say is, I did not have any dry eyes at the end of this movie. This movie, to me, is adorable and defiantly one of my favourite movies ever, along with Simon Birch, Love Simon, 15:17 To Paris, & Christopher Robin.

If any of you Chameleons are a hug fan of Sabrina Carpenter I highly suggest you look into what this movie is about before watching this movie just for Sabrina Carpenter. I like Sabrina, but I love the True Story more. Here is a quote from Zach, "Don't wait for tomorrow, to live for today"

The Greatest Showman Movie Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am doing a requested Movie Review for a movie that came out in 2017. This request is for the movie, The Greatest Showman.

On December 20, 2017 we got a new movie, with 2 Disney Star alumni. Whom are Zac Efron & Zendaya. If any of you Chameleons have not seen this movie yet, The Greatest Showman is about; P.T Barmum becomes a worldwide sensation in the show business. His imagination and innovation ideas take him to the top of his game.

The Cast:
Hugh Jackman as P.T Barmum
Ellis Rubin as Young P.T Barmum
Zac Efron as Phillip Carlyle
Michelle Williams as Charity Hallett-Barmum
Skylar Dunn as Young Charity Hallett
Rebecca Ferguson as Jenny Lind
Loren Allred as Jenny Lind's singing voice
Zendaya as AnneWheeler
Keala Settle as Lettie Lenz
Yahya Adbul-Mateen as W.D Wheeler
Natasha Liu Bioizzo as Deng Yan
Sam Humphrey as Charles Startton
Austyn Johnson as Caroline Barmum
Cameron Seely as Helen Barmum

I first watched this movie in December of 2017 at the movies with Jackie. I wanted to see this movie cause I like Zendaya and after watching Baywatch and hearing that it bombed in the movies I wanted to see if Zac Efron could redeem himself. That and I am a fan of him now, outside of Disney. I liked the movie. Even though I am not big on musicals, the music very upbeat. The main reason why I don't like musicals that much is because I just don't like big dance sences and songs that carry on forever (Take the first song in the movie). It been a while since I have fully watched this movie, so on October 13, 2020 I decided to turn on Disney+ and watch this movie. I forgot how much I loved the movie and songs. I means, my eyes were glued to the TV.

Locke & Key: Netflix To People Choice Awards

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am finally doing a none Review blog. It been quite a while since that happened. I decided to tell you Chameleons all about Locke & Key and that they are nominated for a People's Choice Awards. I will be saying what the show is about, how I heard about the show, and how I became a fan. At the end of the blog I will link the direct link to vote for the show.

First I will say what the show is about; After their father was murder his wife, Nina and their 3 kids, Tyler, Kinsey, & Bode move from Seattle to Matheson, Massachusetts into a house filled with reality-bending keys at the Keyhouse. First Bode (then Kinsey & Tyler)  soon discover a numerous of mysteries keys to unlock various doors in magical ways throughout the house. However the children become aware of a demonic entity that is also searing for the keys for their own malevolent purposes.

Now that you Chameleons know what the show is about I am going to say how I found out about Locke & Key. Ether in fall of 2015 or spring of 2016 I bought Netflix for my roommates & I. I only watched 4 things, the most. Whenever I got Netflix emails I would always "Mark as Read" until the last weekend of January this year. I got 2 Netflix emails; The first one was a Netflix Movie, Horse Girl, and the other one was a Netflix show, Locke & Key. Me not being me opened them and watched the trailers. Locke & Key looked so much better than Horse Girl. Both came out February 7. On February 7 I came home from work at 9:45ish and forgot what the date was. By 11pm I remembered and decided to turn Locke & Key on with drink. I heard or saw that the show was kinda a little like Narnia and 3 episodes later it was 1am. I even expect the fact that the kids were not going to Narnia lol. I was about to go to bed, realized I forgot about my drink, that was sitting on the table since 11pm. Took me a week to finish the series. After the last episode I was like "Ok, I'm ready for season 2. When is season 2?" On March 30th we got news that their will be a season 2.

Now that yo Chameleons know about the show, how I heard about Locke & Key, and how I became a fan of the show I am going to tell you know how I heard that they got nominated and for what category. On October 1, 2020 I was on Instagram and I was viewing InstaStories. I viewed Coby Bird's (Rufus on Locke & Key) with news that Locke & Key was nominated for a People's Choice Awards. After I heard this news, I was spreading the word on my Instagram, putting the word on my InstaStory, Messaging my friends, DM people. Locke & Key is nominated for Best Sci-fi/Fantasy Show Of 2020. All you have to o is vote 25x a day, everyday. Here's the link: https://pca.eonline.com/tv/the-sci-fifantasy-show-of-2020

I do have a story about Locke & Key that happened during quarantine. Back in May I was on Instagram (when am I not on Instagram lol) I viewed Zoey Sky Jordan's InstaStory and saw something called Homebody Fest. I had no idea what that was. Then I heard that Homebody was going to be a Live Streamed Festival after I saw some performers being announced, and some of them I knew or heard about. Close to Mother's Day I saw that Hallea Jones was a performer. I decided to look up Locke & Key and saw that she was on Locke & Key. So I commented on the picture saying "Hallea plays Eden on Locke & Key" Hallea and Ezra commented on my comment and Hallea, Ezra, and Homebody liked my comment. That part I didn't need to include, I just wanted to. I called Squid and I told him about the Homebody fest. Homebody is an online festival that went over the last 2 weekend of May and they had 50 performances. . I told him that I wanted to watch them. I bought my tickets for both weekends. On May 22, the first night I messaged Ezra saying that I am super excited for Homebody Fest and that I first heard about the live show from his sister (Zoey Sky Jordan is Ezra Jordan's sister). I love the Homebody Fest and I don't remember the last time I was excited for a social event. On May 30th, Hallea was on, she also had a contest. Get to Zoom call with her and several cast members. After I commented saying that Locke & Key is my favourite show, Ezra told Hallea about me during the festival. I entered and a few months later I got a text for a number I forgot about saying I won. I WON THE ZOOM CALL. On September 15, I chatted with Hallea, Coby, Genevieve, Petrice, and Jesse. It was super cool. Sorry Chameleons, I am not going to go into depth with the Zoom call.

It's actually in my Top 4 List Of Favourite Netflix shows behind:

After reading more about Ratched now I know more on what the show is about. I like that show, but don't love the show. If I knew what was going on from the very start I might of enjoyed this show more than I do.

The Duchess TV Series Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am going to do a TV Series Review on a new Netflix show, that came out last month, on September 11, 2020 called The Duchess.

On September11, 2020 Netflix got a new show on Netflix, called The Duchess. If you do not know what The Duchess is about, here you go; A fashionably disruptive' single mother (Katherine) navigate life, love, and the question of whether or not to have another child, with her nemesis, her ex, the father (Shep) to her daughter (Olive).

The Cast:
Katherine Ryan as Katherine
Rory Keenan as Shep
Katy Bryne as Olive
Steen Raskopoulos as Evan
Michelle De Swarte as Bev

On September 13 I decided to turn on The Duchess after watching the trailer. I didn't watch it on the day it came out cause I was watching Julie & The Phantoms. I have a blog on that show. Back to what I think about this show. Like I said I turned the show on September 13 and only watched the first 5-10 minutes of The Duchess, cause I got tired and I didn't really get the show. A few weeks later, on September 27, 2020 I decided to turn the show back on to understand the show more. Sad thing is, I am still on the first episode. The show is very funny. I need to keep watching a few more episodes to decide it I really love this show, but it's good show to laugh at. So far I like the show, cause it's funny. Like I keep saying, but I don't understand the show cause I keep stopping the show.

Hubie Halloween Movie Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am going to tell you about a new Netflix movie that came out a few days ago. That movie is, Hubie Halloween.

On October 7, 2020 Netflix got a Halloween movie, Hubie Halloween. If none of you Chameleons have been this movie, it's about; It's October 31st in Salem, Massachusetts, and a town's eccentric devoted community volunteer and the good-natured object of his fellow citizen's derision and meanest pranks, finds himself in the midst of a real investigation, for a real murder.

The Cast:
Adam Sandler as Hubie
Kevin James as Sgt. Steve Downing
Julie Bowen as Violet Valentine
Ray Liotta as Mr. Landolfa
Rob Schneider aa Richie Hartman
June Squibb as Hubie's Mother
Kenan Thompson as Sgt. Blake
Shaquille O'Neil as DJ Aurora
Steve Buscemi as Walter Lambert
Michael Chiklis as Father Dave
Karan Brar as Deli Mike Mundi
George Wallace as Mayor Benson
Paris Berelc as Megan
Noah Schnapp as Tommy
China Anne McClain as Miss Taylor
Kym Whitley as Louise
Ben Stiller as Orderly Hal
Tim Meadows as Mr. Lester Hennessey
Peyton List as Peggy
Kelli Berglund as Billie Eilish Girl
Kevin Quinn as Pennywise Guy
Steven Bradley Perry as Cormac
Lilmar as Teenager
Amber Frank as Teenager

On September 10, 2020 I saw that Peyton List posted a trailer of Hubie Halloween to her Instagram page. Instantly I saw that Adam Sandler was in the movie. Just from seeing Peyton and Adam on screen together, then Adam making a guess appearance on Jessie, I wanted to watch this movie. On October 7, 2020 I got a notification on my phone saying that Hubie Halloween is on. Without giving the movie a second thought I watched it. To me this movie felt like a Disney Channel movie, made for Netflix. Plus with all the Disney stars in this movie. When the cast credits came on I was kinda surprised (not really) that Kevin James played in this movie. I feel like if you see Adam Sandler in a movie, you see Kevin James. I mean they were in Grown Ups 1 & 2 together and all 3 Hotel Transylvania movies. I was surprise that David Spade was not in the movie with them, cause all 3 of them are a comedy tiro together. The most unexpected surprise was that at the end of the movie they dedicated this movie to Cameron Boyce. To you Chameleons who did not know this; Cameron Boyce was suppose to have a role in this movie, but died 2 weeks before filming. Like I said, I didn't really like this movie. It was alright at the start, but it felt like a Disney Channel Netflix Movie too me and that made it a bit boring . But I don't like Halloween horror scary, I will stick with the HalloweenTown movies.

Emily In Paris TV Series Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am going to be reviewing a new Netflix show that came out last week. I was at the cottage when this show came out, but I really wanted to do a review on Emily In Paris.

On October 2, 2020 Netflix got a new show called, Emily In Paris. Since I was up at the cottage on October 1-5 I missed the date it premiered. Emily In Paris is about; A girl from midwest is hired to provide an American perspective at a marketing firm in Paris.

The Cast
Lilly Collins as Emily Cooper
Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu as Sylvie
Ashley Park as Mindy Chen
Lucas Bravo as Gabriel
Samuel Arnolds as Julien
Bruno Gouery as Luc
Camille Razat as Camille
Kate Walsh as Madeline Wheeler

Arnaud Viard as Paul Brossand
Charles Martin as Mathieu Cadault

Like I said, I was at the cottage when the show came on. I did hear about the show on September 1st, when Lilly Collins announced the show threw her Instagram. I didn't know if I wanted to check out the show after reading what I thought was a "Spin off of Sex In The City" it was made by the same people, so I decided to check out the show after I came back from the cottage. On October 5, 2020 I didn't;t know if I wanted to watch Emily In Paris or Arrested Development, I checked out Emily. I say that the show is ok, I am not quite into the show yet, but it's good. The good thing is that I am learning French again. French has been my favourite subject in school before English took over. The last time I took French was in grade 9.

Arrested Development TV Series Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons, in today's blog I didn't know if I wanted to do this review, cause this show started in 2003 till 2006 on Fox and then 2013 till 2019 on Netflix. I posted up a poll on Instagram asking if you wanna still see a review of Arrested Development. The majority of you Chameleons said yes. So here is it.

On November 2, 2003 all the way to February 10, 2006 Arrested Development was on Fox and then after 3 seasons the show was canceled, but in 2011 Netflix agreed to license new episodes on Netflix. So in May of 2013 till March 2019 the show picked up at the start of season 4 all the way till season 5. If none of you Chameleons heard of the show before Arrested Development is about; The Bluth family once a prominent name in the business, looses everything after the head patriarch gets convicted for fraud. Now Michael, the only sane one in the family must maintain peace at home.

Pay no attention to the date on the picture
The Cast
Jason Bateman as Michael Bluth
Tony Hale as Baxter Bluth
Porsha De Rossi as Lindsay Bluth Funke
Michael Cera as George Michael Bluth
Will Arnett as Gob Bluth
Alia Shawkat as Maybe Funke
David Cross as Tobias Funke
Jeffrey Tambor as George Bluth Sr
Jessica Walter as Lucille Bluth
(Those are the main cast members)

On October 1, 2020 I went up to the cottage with Squid and one of his friends (Ink came Saturday). We decided to look threw the box of DVDs to watch a movie. We watched Being Charlie first.. I love my Nick Robinson movies. After Being Charlie was over all 3 of us decided to put in Arrested Development season 1. The fist thing I noticed was, Jason Bateman, then later Porsha De Rossi, Tony Hale, and Michael Cera. We only had season 1 episode 1-6 and season 1 episode 15-22, and all of season 2. I decided to look on Netflix on my phone to see it's on Netflix. It is. Watching the whole series now. Even though I am still on season 1 and watching the episodes that we did not have at the cottage (season 1, episode 8-14). Despise me falling asleep I enjoyed the show. It's funny. What I love about this show, is that it's a sitcom, but no laugh track is involved.
