Everything About Sullivan's Crossing TV Show

 Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I wanted to do this since I hard the news last August, but I could not find any updates anywhere. Until now. Before I start I was going to do do a blog on Sunday after I posted my Emergency Movie Review on Saturday, but Dodge & I had a doing nothing day. And when I remembered that it was Monday, it was too late. Then Monday turned into Tuesday, which became Tuesday, and then Wednesday. That now brings us to today, Thursday. Yes, you read the title right. In this blog I will be talking about how I found out, my reaction, and all the updates that I have on my favourite book series, Sullivan's Crossing by the author who wrote Virgin River, Robyn Carr..

First here is a little recap on how I found the books. I got into Sullivan's Crossing in 2020, in April when I went to Walmart and decided to look at the books. I thought of buying myself a book and The Country Guesthouse looked good, so I bought the book.While reading the book I noticed on the cover it said "A Sullivan's Crossing Novel" I looked up on my phone to see what were the next books after this one I need to read. I was reading the last book... I ended buying the last 4 on Amazon as used copies. It took me over a year to read all of them, and now I finished all 5 books in April of last year.

Before I go on with everything I know about the TV Show, I should say what the series is about. Here is what the series is about; In the high in the Rocky Mountains, at the crossroads of the Colorado and Continental Divide Trails, called Sullivan's Crossing, where campers and hikers, bikers, rock climbers, fishermans, and nature lover refuel, refresh and recharge. Strangers warm by the fire of a general store passed down through the generations, an outpost now owned by a friendly guy named Sully. People tend to hangout on the stores wide front porch. So pull up a chair. The beer is cold, the air's fresh, and the company is good.

Last year in April I did a Book Series Review, titled Sullivan's Crossing with all 5 books and at the end of that blog I said; "I hope they will be made into movies, cause when I read them I can see the being Hallmark movies and I can see the cast in my head. No kidding, I actually have a note pad in my phone of who I see play in Sullivan's Crossing. I love these books." Well, I am excited to say that Sullivan's Crossing is going to be a TV show. But not on Hallmark. This series will be on CTV.

We also got some of the cast. But nobody from my fan list on my phone note pad. This is who I picture to be in the show. Mind you my list is organized by books:

And this is who is set to star in the show;
Morgan Kohan as Meggie Sullivan
Chad Michael Murray as Cal Jones
Scott Patterson as Sully Sullivan
Tom Jackson as Frank Cranebear
Andrea Menard as Edna Cranebear
Lynda Boyd as Phoebe Lancaster
Allan Hawco as Andrew Matthews
Amalia Williamson as Lola

They are even filming this show in Nova Scotia and staring to film this summer.

While reading the books in order and stopped in the middle of book 5, to do so I felt that the campground was my second home and everybody was my second family. That is how attach to the books I am. I love these books and can not wait for the show. This was the best find during quarantine and is my favourite series. Like I said, they feel like my second family. That is how much I love these books.
