Stubbier Movie Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog is my long waited Stuber Movie Review. The movie came out on July 11, and I saw it a few days later on July 21, and it's October. I kept saying that I will do a Stuber Movie Review after I put a poll on InstaStory asking what Replacement blog do you want on August 1st cause I wasn't going to Writers From The Block that day. The majored of you wanted a Movie Review on Once Upon A Time For Hollywood. So I decided that enough was enough and just write my long waited anticipating Stuber Movie Review blog. Cause we will be in 2020 before you know it. Plus I even have a lot of blog ideas before we even finish 2019. Just like a blog on The Next Star, Greyson Chance concert, Ezra Jordan concert, and the Alyssa Reid concert all next month... Wait, I'M WHAT??? I AM LITERALLY SEEING ALL MY 3 FAVOURITE SINGERS NEXT MONTH. Plus my Writer From The Block blogs. Ok, off topic.

On July 11, 2019 we got a new movie in the movies. This one is basically about an uber driver. I never figured out how to use uber. Whenever anyone explains the concept to me, it just goes in one ear and out the other. Anyway, here is what the movie is about; A quick-tempered cop who just just laser eye surgery is recovering and his daughter signed him up for an uber so he does not miss her art showing. the cop, Vic, goes in the uber and gets the uber driver, Stu to help him catch an heroine dealer who murdered his partner. The mismatched pair soon find themselves in for a wild day of stakeouts and shootouts as they pursue violent criminals through the seedy streets of L.A.

The cast:

Dave Bautista as Detective Vic
Kumail Nanjiani as Stu
Iko Uwais as Oka Tedjo
Natalie Morales as Nicole Manning
Betty Gilpin as Becca
Mira Sorvino as Captain Angie McHenry
Karen Gillan as Sara Morris
Jimmy Tatro as Richie Sandusky
Steve Howey as Felix
Amin Joseph as Leon
Darin Ferraro as Drug Dealer

The only thing that I did not like about the movie is that the guy who played Stu is close to my name Camille. I don't like that girl names are boy names and vice versa. Besides that the movie was very funny. It made me laugh and cry (mostly by laughing too much). You also do not expected that ending. Did you Chameleons know that Dave Bautista was a wrestler? I didn't. Then again, to be far I don't watch wrestling.

Writers From The Block 15

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today:s blog I am going to tell you about my favourite place. I was very excited to go back to Writers From The Bock this week on October 17, cause the last one I went to was on September 19 when Philly was the hit of the hit of the party, and he was not even their. It was Philly:s birthday on September 24th, and I love him to bits. Enough of the me talking about Writers From The Block 13, you can read that blog. Here is what all you Chameleons came for.

I couldn't:t wait for October 17, cause I didn't:t go on October 3. Between my house and Toronto it was smooth sailing for rush hour. As you Chameleons know I need to get my Tim Horton:s before I step foot on that Go Bus. After I get to Squid:s and Ink:s house at 7 I ate my homemade sandwich I made back home. We all leave at 8pm to make it down for 8:30. I go in the B-side and Squid & Ink went 3 blocks down.

I pay my money and sit down at a table (I don't know why I always sit by myself) and then I go get a water. Girls took my chair, but I didn't care. I was just standing there and then I feel a tap on my shoulder and I turn around in surprise to see that it was Grace Bakker. She wanted to talk to me before the show started. We talked for a bit and I brought up Philly's birthday. The show started. Ryan Gazzola started off the show. I loved the high energy. I ended up standing next to Joshua Sade James by the bar. At one part of Ryan:s songs everyone was snapping and I was faking. I looked at Joshua and said "I'm faking. I can't snap" he smiles at me. After Ryan performed it was Grace Bakker performed. I loved it. Later we were on break and I decided to walk in the bar to look like I am social and wanted to talk to people. Then I sat down. Elyssa Plaza performed next. She was really good. After Elyssa we were on a break. I decided to talk to Grace and tell her the new concerts I will be going to next month. Just Greyson Chance, Writers From The Block 18, and Ezra Jordan. I even told her that if I show up on November 7th I want people to send me back across the street back to Greyson Chance at the MOD Club. She was laughing very hard. After laughing I went to sit back down. zWhen Grace May performed I decided to text Squid saying we were on the fourth performer. He texted back saying "Look to your left" me, being me I looked the opposite direction. Then I looked left. I saw Squid and said "Whoah" and then everyone said "Whoah" Later when Grace May was done I followed Squid to the bar to sit there. I asked when did he come. He came right before Grace May came on. So when I was talking to Grace Bakker and her girlfriend, Molly. I was telling Squid that I was telling Grace about November 7th and send me back to Greyson Chance if you see me and he was smiling. I looked behind me and I see Noa. I thought that was why he was smiling. He just loved that joked makes people laugh. Yes- If you Chameleons did not know I am cheating on Writers From The Block with Greyson Chance. Just for the night. You can blame Ellen DeGeneres for that lol. When Karli performed I left my stuff with Squid and went to get a beer view. A place not behind a tall person. She was very good. The funny thing is I was twinning outfits with Karli. After Karli was done I decided that I wanted to tell her my funny story about high-heels. Just cause she was talking about getting all dressed up with high-heels for her first Writers From The Block. Break was over and Joshua performed. I would have to say, out of all the performances from this Writers From The Bloc, his was very fun. By singing his intro.

The show was over and Squid & I were going to go. I asked Squid were the MOD Club was from here. He showed me. If you Chameleons read my November 7th replacement blog and you read about going to Writers From The Block along with seeing Greyson Chance I am very sorry. We get to the MOD Club and we get a cab from there.

The next Writers From The Block is on Halloween night, for a special Halloween treat. I will not be able to go to that one. My next one will be November 21. I got a group picture this time.

On Thursday October 3, 2019 I was on YouTube and came across this trailer for a movie while watching BookTube (YouTube about books). I decided to watch it. I laughed my ass off and decided I wanted to go see the movie. I even read the comments and everyone said it looked very stupid and bad. I wanted to go to the movies on Friday October 11 to go see ether Judy or Hustler. Both True Stories and you Chameleons know how much I love True Stories. I looked at 2 movie sites and I saw Jexi. I forgot that I wanted to see the movie. I went to see Jexi instead. I even thought since it was Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend I wanted to see a stupid, cheesy, light-hearted movie instead of a True Story and just relax with no history lesson. Turns out that this movie ended up being one of my favourite movies I have seen in theatres this year. I heard of Kid Cudi's name before this movie, but I didn't know who he looked like. Honesty I thought he was white. I never saw him before, only heard his name.I even forgot at Alexandra Shipp played in this movie and thought she was the voice of Jexi and Vanessa Anne Hudgens was Cate. Then realized Alexandra Shipp was Cate.

Tall Girl Movie Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am doing to be doing a replacement blog, cause I didn't go to Writers From The Block on October 3. I had a play that we had to reschedule, cause it was normal on September 26. Then on Friday October 4 I totally forgot about my replacement blog. I had an idea, I lost it, and now I have it back. For this replacement blog I am going to do a Netflix movie review on Tall Girl, from a short 26 year old (4'11.5") girl

Here we go. On September 13, 2019 Netflix got a new movie called, Tall Girl. What Tall Girl is about is When is tallest girl in high school falls for a handsome foreign exchange student, she becomes embroiled in a surprising love triangle and realizes she's far more than her insecurities about her height have led her to believe.

Cast:

Ava Michelle as Jodi Kreyman
Griffin Gluck as Jack Dunkleman
Sabrina Carpenter as Harper Kreyman
Paris Berelc as Liz
Luke Eisner as Stig Mohlin
Clara Wilsey as Kimmy
Angela Kinsey as Helaine Kreyman
Steve Zahn as Richie Kreyman
Anjelika Washington as Fareeda
Rico Paris as Schnipper

This movie took me 5 tries to watch to start to finish. I wasn't really a fan of this movie. Yes, I am a fan of Sabrina Carpenter, but that is it. I didn't like the dad's character at all. I mean how low would you go? At the start of the movie you see the dad wanting to stop her growing like a weed. Then you see him later trying to enrol his daughter, Jodi in a tall peoples club to make her more of a freak. My favourite person in the movie was Jack Dunkleman. The funny thing is I been following Griffin Gluck on Instagram before I have ever seen him act. Thank you Instagram lol. I did figure out after the 5th time watching the movie that I really like the music they have in the movie.

I just wanted to put this picture of Sabrina Carpenter from TIFF in 2018 in the blog for no reason, lol
