Contestants on Singing Competition Show

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog, I was going to do a Music Review. Now I feel like I need to rant about contestants on singing competition shows. Before I do go on, I want to say that I am going to take a break from my reviews cause I feel like I say that I like them. Now back to this blog.

What sparked this blog is seeing what happened on American Idol on Monday night and then seeing the comments on YouTube and Instagram. First, I wanna start off with a question, Whoever had a favourite one on a singing competition show and did not win? Did you hear from them since the show ended? I am not talking about seeing them always active on social media and always seeing their post, no. I am talking about people who do not win but have made a career in singing.

I am watching American Idol this year for no reason, and I have favourite ones, Cecil Ray and Alanis Sophia. On Monday night's episode when the Top 24 was down to it's last slot between Cecil and Drake it was Cecil who got in. I was proud of him. That was until I saw the comments on what people where saying on Instagram and YouTube. Here is what I need to say about that. Everyone who made it in the Top 24 deserves to be there. Even though I don't like that some good talent had to go home. But I am not upset, why? Cause I remember what my mom told me about Alyssa Reid (Now Ashs) in 2008. Moma and I went to The Next Star Finals in 2008 and I was crying that Alyssa did not win, but my moma told me that, if she wants it bad enough, she will get there. Since 2008 she made 3 CDs and a cover EP, she made 10 music videos as Alyssa Reid, went on tour with Hedley, performed at the JUNOs, performed at Sound Of Music. Now that she goes under a stage name, she is still going for what she wants. The rest is history. Here are some examples of some people on singing coipition shows that went far after their experience. I will try not to go crazy on examples. I am stopping at 8 examples.

Saveria - Last year in 2020 I decided to watch American Idol, just cause one of my favourites from The Launch: Season 2 was auditioning. She didn't get a golden ticket. Katy Perry wanted to fight someone lol. I am with you Katy lol. But after a few episodes I watched again, cause it was on. From there my favourite one was Makayla Phillips. Even though she did not win, she is not giving up. And Saveria is not giving up. I actual saw the next day after her American Idol audition that somebody said what's next? Try out for The Voice. The point is Saveria is not stopping. After The Launch and before American Idol she released 2 songs, minis her song from The Launch.

RaeLynn - Country singer, RaeLynn tried out for The Voice in 2011, she did not win, but she mad an appearance on Disney Channel show, I Didn't Do It, has a few singles, EPs, and CDs out. I think she won with her experience on the show.

Alyssa Reid - After not winning The Next Star: Season 1 in 2008, I was crying. In 2010 she posted up a cover of Justin Bieber and from then on, like I said before all theses examples; she made 3 CDs and a cover EP, she made 10 music videos as Alyssa Reid, went on tour with Hedley, performed at the JUNOs, performed at Sound Of Music, performed at GlowFest, performed at Markham Canada Day in 206 and then a month later the Cactus Fest, and IHeartRaido Fan fest in 2017.  Now she goes under a stage name, Ashs, she is still making it with 2 EPs and 4 singles.

Christina Grimmie - At first I didn't know if I wanted to put Christina in here, just cause her life was cut short. But I realized that she ended up doing a lot of things to forward her career after not winning The Voice in 2014, She came out with 4 singles and 1 EP., and she went on tour with Before You Exit the night she died. After she passed away, her parents and brother found some of Christina's recordings and decided to release 7 singles, a CD, and an EP.

Genavieve Linkowdki - I found this girl randomly on YouTube in the last few years. I watched her covers and found a video of hers titled, My Experience on American Idol from 2018. She auditioned in 2018 for American Idol and then she audition again in 2020. Both times she got a golden ticket, but in both attempts she did not pass Top 20. After her times on American Idol she continued to sing covers on her YouTube and in 2020 she released a single titled, Maybe, which was about her little sister Corinne.

Ryland James - After not winning the final season of The Next Star in 2014, but Ryland did not give up. Since 2014 he released 8 singles, an EP, and a Christmas EP.

Trevor LaRose - Another person from The Launch: Season 2. Unlike Saveria, he did not win. Since Trevor was on The Launch: Season 2 he performed at Writers From The Block and related 2 single. Mine on October 2, 2020 and Enemies on March 19, 2021. He is not giving up.

Murphy - I was saving this till last, cause he is in American Idol this year, and looking at all the comments on Instagram and YouTube he was a crowd favourite. After watching Hannah Everhart's, who is an American Idol contestant from this year, saved live from Instagram she said that Murphy was bigger than American Idol and that she also told us that she can see him winning Grammys in the future. I agree with her and that is what I am trying to explain in this blog. Also some wrote in her comment section that Murphy got a job offer. Things are looking up for Murphy. Some people hate that they let him go on his birthday. I don't even like that. But it's what it is.

These are just a few example of people who did not give up (including Christina Grimmie). The list can go on and on, but I didn't want you Chameleons to get tired of reading. Being in shows like these are not about winning, even though winning is great, but it's more about getting your name out there and the exposure. Since what my moma told me in 2008 I kept that with me with every singing coipition show I watch. Remember, if they don't win, they'll  still make it big.

The Might Ducks: Game Changer TV Series Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I wanted to do a review of a new TV Series, The Might Ducks: Game Changer, that came out on March 26, 2021. But the only problem is only the first episode was up on Disney+, and a new episode every week. I wanted to do a review of this show, but I wait till I am 3 episodes in. So I post a poll on Instagram on Friday, and the majority of you Chameleons said 'yes' and did not wanna wait till April 9 when the third episode would be on.

On March 26, 2021 Disney+ got a new show called, The Might Ducks: Game Changer. If you Chameleons don't know this show, you might need to rewatch The Mighty Duck movies again. If you are born after 1996 watch The Might Ducks. The reason why I am saying that is because the series takes 25 years after the last movie, that came out October 4, 1996. I will still say what the show is about though; After falling to make the cut to join the now powerhouse, Mighty Ducks junior hokey team, 12-year-old Evan's mother encounters him to form a new team of underdogs with help from Gordon Bombay, the Ducks original coach.

The Cast:
Emilo Estevez as Grodon Bombay
Lauren Graham as Alex
Brady Noon as Evan
De'Jon Watts as Sam
Kasra Wong as Trevor
Lia Frankland as Mary Joe
Erin Haine as Winnie
Hayley Lee as Ruby Reddick
Camila Mahal as Amara Batra
Zennon Brown as Havel
Forrest Rozitis as Tibor

Back in 2018 or 2019 I hard about this new remake about The Might Ducks, and you know how much I love remakes lol. Just kidding, I hate remakes. I haven't heard of this series till I saw a trailer on Disney Channel this month, and I told myself that I wanna check this show out. Cause I watched the 1992 movie, The Mighty Ducks. I turned the show on, on March 26, 2021 and found out after episode 1 that each week their was going to be a new episode. That is why I did that poll. Going off the first episode, it was funny at parts and I enjoyed the show. I am defiantly going to keep watching, and seeing some cast members playing their original roles again, like Emilio as Gordon Bombay, who don't play hockey and hates kids. It wasn't until I watched a video on YouTube about The Mighty Ducks that I didn't know that the Ducks was a trilogy and Kenan Thompson was in movie 2 and 3. I spent my Saturday night was the first 2 Might Ducks. I remember Gordon Bombay and kinda how he had to coach the Ducks. I didn't know that there was 2 other movies. It's like what I said for Flora & Ulysses, cause Ulysses is a superhero squirrel and I am not a super hero fan, but love this movie, I don't like sports that much, but I like sport movies. I even love 90's movies.

Country Comfort TV Series Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am going to tell you a new Netflix TV Series, Country Comfort that came out on March 19, 2021

On March 19, 2021 Netflix got a new show, called Country Comfort.  For any of you Chameleons who don't know what this show is about; An aspiring young country singer, Bailey, finds the band she's been missing when she takes a job as a nanny for a musically talented family, helmed by a rugged cowboy, Beau, and his 5 children.

Cast:
Katherine McPhee as Bailey
Eddie Cibrian as Beau
Ricardo Hurtado as Tuck
Jamie Martin Mann as Brody
Griffin McIntyre as. Dylan
Shiloh Verrico as Cassidy
Pyper Braun as Chloe
Janet Varney as Summer
Eric Balfour as Boom

On March 19, 2021 I turned on Nickelodeon on at 10am and Victorious was on. I rememberd seeing the show on somewhere so I can just binge watch it to beginning  to end. I was searching on my TV, my TV's built in Netflix, and then I went to my Netflix and went down to TV Shows. I decided to look down till I see Victorious, but I saw this show, Country Comfort. Watched the trailer and to my surprise it was a sitcom. I turned it on. I kept having the Disney show Jessie playing in my head. It was a country version Jessie. Not saying I hated the show because of that, cause I watched all 10 episodes in one day. I liked it little and only laughed at a few times. Especially at the character, Chloe. She was my favourite. My other favourite is Brody. Anyway, back to Chloe, I feel like the show wouldn't of been as funny without Chloe. By episode 4 the show was growing on me. But it wasn't one of my favourites, but it was funny and I liked it. The only difference between Jessie and Bailey is that Bailey balanced her dream with being a nanny. I think I said too much.

How it's like Jessie, is that, Jessie got thrown out of a cab and meet Zuri (then Raviv, Luke, & Emma) and wanted her to be her family's new nanny. Now how Bailey becomes a nanny is that, she ends up at a random house in a middle of the worst rain storm and meet Tuck (then Brody, Dylan, Cassidy, & Chloe) and Jessie and Bailey both wanna be a big star. Jessie with acting and Bailey with singing. Another thing is, in Jessie the parents are never there, but in Country Comfort the dad, Beau is in every episode. I'm sorry, I had to say why I felt like this show was a country version of Jessie. Mind you that Zuri is the youngest child in Jessie and Tuck is the oldest child in Country Comfort.

Movies And TV Shows Staring Pigs

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am going to talk about my favourite animal, pigs. More importantly Movies and TV Shows Staring Pigs I thought that human celebrities shouldn't get all the fun to be on my blog and share some blog time for animal celebrities. In this case piggies who star in Movies and TV Shows. A few weeks ago I looked up movies that star pigs, and their was a lot. I am going to talk about the movies that I remember and love that star pigs. I will not be talking about movies that have a pet pig, like Yours Mine & Ours 2005 movie. Another thing is, since their is more than one Winnie the Pooh and Muppet movies I am only going to be saying them once instead of going through all the Winnie the Pooh and Muppets movies.

Most of these pig movies are in the 90's. Since Charlotte's Web has more than one remake, I am going to be saying the Dakota Fanning's version from 2006. The blog will be in 3 categories. Movies, TV Shows, and Multiple. Multiple means more than one movie and their is a TV Show. I will say what the movie is about and the release date, but not who played in the movies.

Movies:

Gordy -
Gordy came out on May 12, 1995. For any of you Chameleons who never saw this movie before, here is what Gordy is about; A talking pig named Gordy becomes involved in a quest to save his family from a slaughter house. I saw this movie once. And it was my first time seeing a pig dressed up in pig size human clothes lol. I really wanna watch this movie again.

Babe - Babe came out on August. 4, 1995. I know most of you Chameleons seen this movie, but for the Chameleons who have not Babe is about; A gentle farmer, Arthur Hoggett wins a piglet, named Babe, at a country fair. Narrowly escaping his fate as Christmas dinner when Arthur decides to show him at the next fair, Babe bonds with Motherly border collie, Fly and discovers that he can heard sheep too. But will the other farm animals, including Fly's jealous husband, Rex accept a pig who doesn't conform to the farm's social hierarchy? This is the only pig movie that I don't like. The only reason why I don't like is cause before each scene starts the sheep sings

Babe: Pig In The City - Babe, everyone's favourite talking pig ended up having a sequel that came out on November 25, 1998. And went to the city. Here is what the sequel is about; Babe, fresh from his victory in the sheepherding contest, returns to Farm Hoggett's farm, but after Farmer Hoggett is injured and unable to work, Babe has to go to the big city to save the farm. To be clear here I only saw this movie once and I was 5 or 6 when I saw this movie in theatres with my moma. Yes- I loved pigs since then.

My Brother The Pig - My Brother the Pig was Scarlett Johansson, I think. Anyway, this movie came out on September 10, 1999. There is more to this story then just a brother turning into a piggy. Here is the whole story; When a spell turns an 8-year-old boy into a pig. His sister and his best friend race to fid a cure and turn him back into a human boy again. Out of all the movies that I have said from the 90's, I watched this one the most. Now, Scarlett Johansson is an A-List actress.

Charlotte's Web - Charlotte's Web had a bit of work done, and when I mean a bit of work, I mean a few movie remakes. But I am going to be talking about the only one I have seen, and that is the one that came out on December 7, 2006. Everyone should be fulmar with the story by now, cause this is a classic children's book. But if not; Wilbur. is scared of the end of the season, because he knows by that time, he will end up on the dinner table. He hatches a plan with a spider, Charlotte who lives in his pen, to ensure that this will never happen. Out of all the movies I have listed I seen this a lot. I even went on a school trip to see the play in 2001.

You can see the list of a lot more pig movies right over here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Films_about_pigs

TV Shows:

Peppa Pig -
Turns out this animated pig series for kindergarten kids was created in the UK and came out on May 31, 2004 and is still on today, with over 400 episodes. For anyone who have not watched this show, it's about; A little pig named, Peppa and her little brother, George have journey's everyday with their family and friends. I have seen this show, mostly cause I volunteered in a Kindergarten room a few times a week in 2015 and they always watched this show while eating their snacks.

Olivia - Olivia is another kindergarten kid show and was created in America-Irish-British show and came out in January of 2009 and ended in October in 2015. Olivia is about; A young pig who has a vivid imagination. I don't remember if I have ever seen this.

That is basically the only TV Shows that I have found.

Multiple:
Winnie the Pooh - Winnie the Pooh came out with a bunch of movies, short films, and a few TV Series over the years since 1977. So much, that I am not saying everything. The reason why Winnie the Pooh is on this list is because of Piglet. If you wanna see everything that Piglet is in, then read this list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winnie_the_Pooh_(franchise).

The Muppets - The Muppets came out with a bunch of movie and TV Shows like Winnie the Pooh since the 1955. I feel like they had more movies. But I am not writing down every movie, shorts, specials, and TV Series they were in. I will say this, Miss Piggy is a diva. You can read everything The Muppets did over here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Muppets_productions. I keep thinking that they are apart of Sesame Street some how, cause I feel like they are.

Looney Tunes - Looney Tunes came out in 1960 as The Buggy's Bunny Show and the Looney Tunes have been around through all the years with movies and TV Series. Like The Muppets and Winnie the Pooh they also have a pig. This pig's name is, Porky Pig. Here is the link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Looney_Tunes cause I am not writing down everything.

As you can see, being a movie and TV star is not just for humans.

Trust Movie Review

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am going to tell you about a new movie, called Trust. This movie came out on Friday March 12, 2021.

On March 12, 2021 Video on Demand got a new movie staring Victoria Justice, called Trust. For any of you Chameleons who have not seen this movie, this movie is about; In New York, art gallery owner, Brooke and her husband Owen, seems to have it all. When Brooke signs a new artist-a devastatingly handsome partner with an affinity for married women-the attraction between them is unmistakable. Left alone at home as Brooke and her artist travel to Paris, Owen finds comfort at a bar with a seductive and beautiful journalist. On once unshakable footing, Brooke and Owen's trust begins to dissolve as they unwittingly push the other toward the very thing they fear most. This movie is also based on a book, titled Push by Kristen Lazarian.

Cast:
Victoria Justice as Brooke Shore
Matthew Daddario as Owen Shore
Katherine McNamara as Amy
Lucien Laviscount as Ansgar
Ronny Chieng as Adam
Lindsey Broad as Eleanor

On February 18, 2021 I was watching Katherine McNamara on Christy's Kitchen Throwback and she was telling Christy about her new movie, Trust and that it will be coming out sometime this year. I decided to look the movie up to see when it came out, and then I hope I was lucky like when Silk Road came out a week earlier. Trust did not come out a week earlier before March 12, 2021. On March 15, 2021 I randomly remembered this movie and decided to check the date. It said it came out on Friday, so I turned on the movie. It was alright. Not one of my favourite, but still good to watch. The think that shocked me in this movie was that Victoria played a wife, just cause I never seen her talk on an acting role of wife before. Plus while watching this movie I remembered that I met Victoria Justice 14 years today. That not why I watched this movie today lol, I simply forgot that it came out on Friday.

While looking up her I saw that she was playing in this upcoming thing, Yes Day. On Friday March 12, 2021 I was watching TV and saw that I got a Netflix notification on my phone saying that Yes Day just arrived on Netflix. I decided that I wanted to make a drink and watch a movie. I watched the trailer of Yes Day and thought it was good. Then I read the cast. 2 names stuck out to me: Jenna Ortega and Jennifer Garner. So I decided to give it a watch. It wasn't bad. It was fun to watch. When it was over I thought the movie was a little grown up than, Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer. I remember I wanted to watch that movie, and when I did, I didn't really like Judy Moody. This movie was better.

Jenna Ortega is from Stuck In The Middle (2016-2018) on Disney Channel

Jaclyn's Lipstick Come Back

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am talking about Jaclyn Hill's lipsticks. Not those lipsticks from 2 years ago that had shards of glass, hair, and tempered with. As you can see, with the title Jaclyn is brave for coming out with new lipsticks 2 years later on March 18, 2021. This blog will be out a few days before, on March 13. Before I continue, I do want to say that I don't wear make up, but I did 2 other blogs on Jaclyn Hill. Her Morphe x Jaclyn Hill vol 2 and Jaclyn Hill's Lipsticks and I just wanted to do this. Actually, while I was watching her newest video I thought about doing this blog.

On March 12, 2021 Jaclyn came out with a video on YouTube titled, MY LIP COLLECTION REVEAL! She said in the video that she had to make a choice. Go away, hide, never come back, go into depression. (Which she did for several months). Never do anything with lips again, I'm a failure, and have a petty party. Or do not give up. She also said that several of the liquid lipsticks are shade mark benches. Example is her saved "Mom" she remade, and now is called "Momma", cause she got many positive feed backs on the shades and how this look on the lips.

Her new lipstick collection is called, Poutspoken and made 15 liquid lipsticks with 12 lipliners. So you Chameleons, who like makeup can mitch-match. I will be saying all the names of the Liquid Lipsticks and Lipliners to make this blog look long.

She tripped into the hole and slipped with no rope. Now on March 18, 2021 she is coming out with lipsticks again. She's such a brave women for this. Time to get out of that rabbit hole Jaclyn.

Free Britney

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog, I am going to be talking about something that I have never touched on, and that is the Free Britney movement. If you are like me and don't know their are videos from Clevver on YouTube and articles about this. The reason why I choose to write a blog about this is cause I got inspired to write this after I watched Paris Hilton on Hot Ones on Thursday March 11, 2021 when the host, Sean Evans brought up the Free Britney to Paris. I been reading articles to see when all the started and the timeline. I even watched the Frame Britney Documentary. I will be going into every detail of Britney Spears, just the Free Britney. But I had to watch the documentary to get it all straight.

Let's start at the very beginning to see how we got to this point. Britney's dad, Jamie was not was not around very much when she was little,  by struggling with alcohol,  and later went to rehab between construction and being a cook, while trying to open a gym business that never took off. He even filed for bankruptcy. That meant her mom, Lynne, would do anything for Britney and the family so Britney can be a star. Since her dad filed for bankruptcy that made him worry about the financial aspect from the benign of his daughter's career. When she started getting famous she flow home, went to the bank, and gave everyone $100 bills. Between 2000-2004 she stopped dressing to please people.

Even though she enjoyed the paparazzi, their was many times that she had mental breakdowns and saw parting with Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton and then shaving her head completely bald. Plus she was even fighting a custody battle with ex-husband, Kevin Federline. When her dad saw that she was getting out of control this is when her dad thought it be good to have a conservatorship over Britney. So he filed temporally.  Before I go on, I want to say that conservatorship is a guardian and protector appointed by a judge to protect and manage the finical affairs and/or the person'e daily life due to physical or mental limitations or old age. Let's continue.

The reason why Britney got on a conservatorship was cause she had many mental breakdowns and less of protection and her dad was not a big figure in her life before this. By this point her family called, Andrew Streisand, who is a trial lawyer for conservatorship and asked him to talk to Britney. He met Britney at the Beverly Hotel, but he was afraid if she could not afford him. She had judgement on what was going on, and that she couldn't resits this conservatorship. She did ask him that she wants someone else to be in charge of her conservatorship and does not want her dad involved in any way. Her dad gets to appointed conservatorship of the person and with the money he gets her estate alongside with Andrew Wallet, and Britney did not want that. .

Britney's conservatorship orders are that her dad can control who can come into her house, have her have security guards with her all day, control doctor medications, control her house, and cut off from her bank cards, they can even make recordings and TV deals for her. She might have agreed so she can see her kids. A few days after signing she got some of her visitation rights back. One year in the conservatorship  Britney and her team got MTV to do a documentary called, Britney For The Record, and git a peak of Britney and her dad's relationship. Still in 2008 she ends up guess staring on TV shows, made an album, and went on tour. For the next few years she was busy. She got $1Million dollars in her bank every week. Her dad got approved from the court to 1.5% of the Vegas show, which was her biggest show in 2009.

Now that Instagram is so big Britney choose that we get to see what she wants us to see. We don't know that the conservatorship oder says anything about that for Instagram, so we think Britney is giving us cryptic messages saying she wants and needs help. Then out of now where Andrew Wallet quits after asking for a raise and then checked herself into a mental hospital in January 2019 till April 2019 for "me time". A podcast who dedicates to Britney related an emergency podcast with a voice mail from the New York Times, and the next day the podcast episode was everywhere. That is what started the Free Britney Movement. Her father speaks out saying that this movement is a joke and said "All these conspiracy theorists don't know anything." and continued with "It's up to the court of California to decide what's best for my daughter."

Giving that she was scared that her dad doesn't  want to step down and she said that she will not work until someone else is managing her financial affairs. At one point, she wanted her little sister, Jamie-Lynn to take over. Britney and her dad are not on good terms anymore and Keven Federline got a restraining order against her dad claiming that he was physical to one of their sons. Her mom is now requesting to be involved with her daughter's medical. In August of 202 she was clear that she wants change. She is willing not to work until her dad is not working for her. Her mom wants new custody of the conservatorship. Her mom wants her to wake up to brighter days. Britney is paying for her lawyers and conservatorship lawyer, so do they fatally have her best option for her? Britney ended up loosing the case, cause her dad is not being let go yet at this time today. Britney's choice of managers wealth of conservation was named after her $16 Million dollar of her estate.

Entreatment Industry (Music and Award Shows)

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I wrote this a year ago, but never posted this blog. Now that the nominees for the Junos just came out I thought about this blog. Don't get me wrong, I love the Junos, I been twice. I am not talking about just The Junos, it's mostly all the American Music Award shows I have a problem with. I want to start off this blog with a huge apology to Hilary Duff. I feel like I have been a bad fan to threw out the years, since 2015. Hilary's last CD, Breathe In Breathe Out came out in 2015 and that was the last thing that my moma bought me. Fast forward to last year on February 10, I was scrolling on Hilary's Instagram and came across a post from February 6 saying that she is coming out with a new song on February 12 with RAC and her husband, Matthew Koma of a cover from Third Eye Blind. After I saw that 6 days late I had a meltdown about being a bad Hilary Duff fain. Since Tuesday February 11th last year I been listening to Hilary Duff non-stop and bought the new song. I know that didn't mean much, but I felt like I had to say that.

Now I wanted to rant and tell you my feeling on the entreatment industry today. How this all sparked was after The Oscars 2020 I teared that people were upset about the Memorial part of the night. No one was mad at Billie Eilish, who was singing a cover of Yesterday by The Beatles.

Last year on Sunday February 9, 2020 The Oscars were on, and during the Memorial section on The Oscars Billie Eilish ended up singing Yesterday by The Beatles while the pictures were playing in a slideshow of who died in 2019 (and Kobe Bryant). People were upset to see that Luke Perry & Cameron Boyce were not mentioned in the slideshow. Even though Luke's last movie, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood was nominated for a bunch of awards that night.
Here's what I think about why Cameron Boyce was not mentioned is because, to me, Cameron was only big in Disney. Yeah sure, Cameron would of been Oscar big in the future. But we have no way of finding out. Sorry you had to read that, but I strongly stand behind my opinion. I never see any Disney Channel Original Movie win Oscars. I'm sorry, but that's how I feel. Plus the same thing happened to Christina Grimmie in 2017. She got shot at her Orlando Meet & Greet in June of 2016 and she was not mentioned in The Grammys 2017 Memorial section of the show. What I think is, she was on her way on getting that Grammy like Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, & Taylor Swift but could get that chance.
Before I go on to my next topic, about award shows I want to say one more thing. I heard that Billie Eilish did not deserve to win Album Of The Year At The Grammys. The truth is, she worked hard like everyone else. I don't care if she did or did not deserve it. The point is she is talented and showed us that working hard pays off. In November 0f 2020 the Grammy 2021 notations were announced leaving The Weeknd and fans mad that The Weeknd was not nominated this year and everyone said he had one of the best CDs of 2020.

If that is not bad enough, Zyan Malik has never been nominated for any award at the Grammys. But his former band mate, Harry Styles is nominated for 3 Grammys. I even found out that One Direction was never nominated in the past. Plus Hate Perry, Snopdog, Sia, and Nicki Minaj were all nominated in the pass, but never won.

Now that we are on topic of award shows, I have a few opinions on them. First and foremost I am not going to talk about Kid's Choice Awards, Teen Choice Awards, and the People's Choice Awards cause they all are base on the new popular TV/Movie, Actor & Actress, & Music that just came out voted by us. I am talking about the Award shows that matter like, The Grammys, The Oscars, and The Emmys. We can throw in the IHeartRadio Music Awards in there too. I want to say is that I do not like Radio Disney Music Awards. The reason for that is cause they are not real. It's just an award show made up for Disney Stars until they are done with three Disney contract. Not saying that all the little award shows are not all bad. Dove Cameron won a Daytime Emmy for her Disney Channel show, Liv & Maddie in 2018.

I know I have said in the past that I don't really listen to the radio, and I only listen when it's on. That is how I like all different kinds on music. But there is one radio station that I will never listen too. That is Radio Disney. Like I said about the RDMA is that Radio Disney is not a real station. They just made it up so the Disney Stars can get a taste of the big world of radio. I know that who ever is on there CAN do better. I am even a stranger to Virgin Radio now lol. When I do listen to Virgin Radio, I sometimes will hear Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, and now Sabrina Carpenter. I believe that one of these days you will hear Dove Cameron, Peyton List, and Laura Marano on Virgin Radio too.

For the last few years I feel like the MMVA's (Now IHeartRaido Awards) are based in Toronto to just honour American singers and Canadians are only their to host and perform. If you are lucky a Canadian will win. Again, this is my opinion.

Now, lets talk about The JUNOs. I love the JUNOs, not because they are Canadian, but because they have every type of music category. No one is left out, they are just for Canada, they are always in Canada, the host(s) are Canadian and the performers are also always from Canada.

I was not going to talk about the Kid's Choice Awards, Teen Choice Award, or People's Choice Awards but I really want to say this part which I can not stand. There is a new category for Best Beauty Influencers and Best Social Media Star and I don't like that idea. That can be a different blog, maybe.

That is all I have for Music and Award Shows. I have no problem with movies and shows being nominated I like that shows and movies are being nominated for stiff. Like Locke & Key was nominated for Best Sic-Fantasy Show Of 2020 at the People's Choice Awards.

I don't watch:
  •  Billboard Music Awards
  • MTV Music Videos
  • Kid's Choice Awards
  • American Music Awards
  • Radio Disney Awards
  • Emmys/Daytime Emmys
  • Tonys
I just love seeing who won on the KCA, Most award shows that I don't watch is cause I never heard of them, I don't have the channel or can't find them, or I hear about the show the next day on YouTube. Other than can't stand them.

I watch:
  • The JUNOs
  • IHeartRaido Awards (Previously MMVA)
  • The Oscars
  • The Grammys
  • People's Choice Awards
  • Golden Globes

ICarly Reboot

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I did even talk about yet. Last night I was watching a video from SL04N more about the ICarly reboot, since the news was broke in December with little details. Then I watched another video of his explaining more in depth about Jennette McCurdy. After those 2 videos I got inspired to do a blog about the ICarly Reboot.

Even though I do not have that many details on the ICarly Reboot, I want to tell you Chameleons what I know and why Jennette McCurdy (Sam) is not going back. Even though Sam will not be coming back, Freddie will and I will still be watching cause Freddie is back.

Back in December of 2020 it was announced that our beloved favourite Nicklodeon show, ICarly will be coming back for a reboot. Miranda Cosgrove as Carly Shay, Nathan Kress as Freddie Bensen, & Jerry Trainor as Carly's older brother Spencer Shay. The reboot will be on a new streaming service called, Paramount+, will not be under Nickelodeon, Dan Schneider will not be involved. We don't know any word if Noah Munck who played Gibby in the show. All we do know is he is busy filming The Goldbergs. But the reason question on everyones mind is, will Sam be coming back? And the answer is no. I will get into the reason why Jennette McCrudy will not be returning to reprise her role as Sam Puckett and rejoin Miranda Cosgrove, Nathan Kress, and Jerry Trainor.

The truth of the matter is Jennette quit acting a few years ago, and after understanding the title of her one women show, Glad My Mom Died I know why. Jennette get get an interest into acting watching Harrison Ford on Star Wars and her mom put her in acting classes when she was 6 years old. By the time she was 10 she was the main source of her family's income. Jennette's family did not have a lot of money to pay bills for the house.  She stated in an interview; "I was on a show at 13 to 25, and by 15 I was already embarrassed. My friends at 15 weren't watching the shows saying 'Oh cool, you're on this Nickelodeon show.' it was embarrassing." and from their she developed an eating disorder and began to drink heavily cause she resented her career and was embarrassed and unfilled by her acting roles. She felt that when she was acting and she was feeling an emotion it was always on the back burner. The sad is, when her mom passed away on September 20, 2013 she felt the pressure of acting off. That is the real reason why she is not coming back to the show. Jennette also opened up more about the reason on her podcast, Empty Inside to Mom star Anna Faris.

Their has been a teaser up on Twitter of the new ICarly Reboot from Pop Crave. Plus this picture pn Miranda's, Nathan's, and Jerry's Instagram.

Miranda posted the picture first

I will still watch the ICarly reboot, cause Freddie and Spencer are still on the show. I have never really been a fan of Miranda Cosgrove, and I opened on that on YouTube comments and my Celebrity Honesty Opinions. One thing that I hate is that if a YouTube video says write down your opinions and I write down my opinions if I don't like a person everyone gains up on me saying that I am wrong when a million people might not like that same person to and they do not get gained up on. That is why I made Celebrity Honest Opinions, so no one can gain up on me. I am sorry, but here is a shocker; Not everyone is going to agree with you! Rant over.

Celebrities Under 30 In Big Blockbuster Movies

Hey my lovely Chameleons. In today's blog I am going to do a good old fashion Celebrity blog. I know I did one yesterday, but that was mostly about Amanda Ensing. This is my first Celebrity blog that contains a list of celebrities. Some time last year I was thinking of big movies from celebrities under 30 and Love Simon came to mind. I thought I should make a list of big blockbuster movies from celebrities that are not 30 yet. I am not adding celebrities who are already 30 or over that had a big movie before they were 30.

I have a list of 9 celebrities under 30 currently, actually make that 8. I forgot that Emma Roberts just turned 30 on February 10 this year. But every one else is between the ages of 12 till 27 years old. Looking at my list now I ended up writing all boys, Nick Robinson to Jackson Robert Scott and then all girls, Sabrina Carpenter to Miranda Cosgrove. I did not plan that.

Nick Robinson - Nick Robinson was Ryder Scanlon in Melissa & Joey in 2010 till 2015. Then he became a Movie star by being in a  handful of movies. But his biggest blockbuster success was in March 16, 2018 when Love Simon came out, where he played Simon Spier a closed gay teenage. Love Simon made $66.3 Million at the box office. Nick is currently 25 years old when this blog is up. His birthday is March 22, 1995.

Jacob Tremblay - Jacob Tremblay has been in a bunch of movies before he hit his teen years. Most were great success, but one movie in particular had the best success. On October 30, 2019 he played in a Stephen King's book adaptation of Doctor Sleep when he was 13 years old. Doctor Sleep made $72.3 Million at the box office. His character in Doctor Sleep is Bradley Trevor. Jacob is currently 14, his birthday is October 5, 2006.

Jackson Robert Scott - Before Jackson Robert Scott  was in the Netflix series Locke & Key he played in a few movies. One of those movies became a success and got picked for Bode Locke. Like Jacob he also played in an adaptation of a Stephen King's book IT. It wasn't until September 6, 2019 when he played Georgie again in IT 2 and came out and made $473.1 Million at the box office. How it's connects with Locke & Key is by Joe Hill is the son of Stephen King and Andres Muschiett directed both IT movies and is an executive producer of Locke & Key. Jackson is 12 years old currently and his birthday is September 18, 2008.

Sabrina Carpenter - Sabrina Carpenter was a Disney darling and was the star of the hit Disney show, Girl Meets World. After her Disney run her first movie was a blockbuster success in, The Hate U Give where she plays Starrs friend Hailey. The movie came out October 5, 2018. The Hate U Give made $34.9 Million at the box office. Sabrina Carpenter is 21 right now currently and her birthday is May 11, 1999.

Zendaya - Like Sabrina Carpenter, Zendaya was also a Disney darling. Zendaya was on the hit Disney shows Shake It Up from 2010 to 2013 and K.C Undercover from 2015 to 2018. During her time on K.C Undercover she was cast in the new Spider-man move as Michelle alongside Tom Holland. But it wasn't until July 2, 2019 when Spider-man 2: Far From Home came into theatres and made $1.132 Billion at the bock office. Zendaya is currently 24 and her birthday is September 1, 1994.

Hailee Steinfeld - Hailee Steinfeld is an actress and a singer. She has been in a handful of movie. You may recognize her as Emily in the Pitch Perfect movies. Speaking of Pitch Perfect her second Pitch Perfect movie, which came out on May 15, 2015 made $287.5 Millions at the box office. Hailee is 24 years old and her birthday is December 11, 1996

Madison Iseman - Madison Iseman Is a child star who guest stared in some Disney and Nickelodeon shows and did some movies. On December 20, 2017 she had a movie with Dwayne Johnson come out, called, Jumanji Welcome To The Jungle. That movie made $962.2 Million at box office. It even got a sequel in 2019. Madison is 24 years old and her birthday is February 14, 1997.

Miranda Cosgrove - Miranda Cosgrove was a Nickelodeon child star. She was Summer Halfway on School Of Rock with Jack Black in 2003, Megan Parker on Drake & Josh in 2004 till 2007, she was also Carly Shay on ICarly in 2007 till 2012. She did other projects to, but not very good (My opinion) and also was a singer. In 2010 she leant her voice to Margot in Despicable Me, and soon 2 more cause they were successful (have an opinion on that too), but it wasn't until the last Despicable Me that came out on June 30, 2017 that it made $1.035 Billion at the box office. Miranda is 27 and her birthday is May 14, 1993.

Yes- if you read the brackets on Miranda Cosgrove I do not like her, but I loved Drake & Josh and ICarly was one of my favourite shows. Love Simon is one of my favourite movies, I never seen IT or Doctor Sleep cause I don't like horror movies, Locke & Key is my favourite show on Netflix, I never wanted to see Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, but I laughed my ass off during the trailer. Plus my favourite movie ofMadison's is Clouds that she did with Sabrina Carpenter, I liked the Hate U Give, I have not watched the new (with Tom Holland as the lead) Spider-mans, and I only seen a little bit of the first Pitch Perfect.
